We are seeking an experienced Program Management Analyst for our client to manage Global Programs.
In this role you will be working in a dynamic global environment supporting the OPD/In-cycle change process. You will be part of a team that is responsible for the delivery of Bundle Programs; including the development of work plans, completion of gateway deliverables including managing program costs and timing
- Ongoing Product Development (OPD) In-cycle change focus -Develop and drive the commercial vehicle program utilising the Global Product Development System in an OPD/In-cycle change environment.
-Understand the roles and responsibilities and work collaboratively with Program Purchasing, Program Finance, Manufacturing/Launch teams and other key areas of the organization to deliver the program outcomes at each milestone.
-Facilitate understanding and resolution of the unique technical issues for future program actions across all areas of Ford Product Development and Manufacturing. -Driving, Coordinating, Reporting and Compiling of Program Metrics -Manage and Communicate Program Product Direction
-Candidate needs a strong understanding of Ford Program Management processes, including the Global Product Development System through demonstrated experience.
-Candidate needs an appreciation of and interest in the complexities of program delivery across multiple regions with multiple launch locations.
-The candidate should be aware of and interested in the cultural and language barriers, diversity of skills and practical/physical challenges which come with working in developing markets.
-Candidate should have a proven Project Engineering or Program experience. desired leadership behaviours include understanding of Business Acumen, Drive for Results, Innovation and Technical Excellence.
Candidate should seek the challenge of developing business skills, focusing on both big picture and attention to detail.
-Candidate should possess strong negotiation skills across all levels and departments and demonstrate the ability to influence without authority.
-Minimum 5-10 years relevant industry experience
- Must must have understanding of and worked within the Global Product Development System.
- Candidate needs an understanding of Program Management tools and processes.
