About the Role:
This newly created position will provide support to the existing Asset Management Team with the development, review and continuous improvement of asset management & capital works related processes, asset management plans, and engineering strategies. Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, this position will assist with strategic lifecycle modelling, forward look condition assessment & monitoring programs, and support the development of innovation initiatives, concept justification, cost-benefit analysis, and project scopes.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Support the development and continuous improvement of strategic asset management & engineering processes.
- Collaborate with a range of stakeholders to ensure projects are developed and delivered in accordance with the busniess's strategic asset management plan.
- Assist with strategic lifecycle modelling for a range of civil infrastructure and buildings assets.
- Support the improvement of asset data by identifying and resolving gaps and quality issues.
- Assist with the creation, reviews, and updates of asset management plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 2+ years of professional experience in asset management.
- High level of professionalism and excellent communication skills.
- Valid Australian driver’s license.
