A professional boutique Accounting Firm in Docklands is seeking an experienced  Bookkeeper  to join their growing team. They are passionate about supporting their unique clients with a focus on accuracy, customer service and knowledge.

About The Opportunity
The purpose of the  Bookkeeper  is to provide a professional service to a variety of clients by administering a wide range of financial services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following. 
  • Client Account Management
  • Financial Reporting
  • Accounts Payable/ Receivable
  • Bank Account Reconciliation
  • Customer Service and Support
Key Experience & Skills 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Bookkeeping or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience with supporting and administering clients accounts (desirable)
  • In-depth knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles and proficient in XERO
  • Ability to prepare, articulate, and deliver financial reports to clients
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport and relationships with clients
