About the Opportunity
As the Business Administrative Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the office, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service and supporting internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the end-to-end customer order process, including sales, procurement and freight logistics
- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices, and support accounts with outstanding payments
- Maintain the customer records using Pronto and Salesforce
- Support technical teams with stock availability and project demands
- Proven experience in business administration, operations or sales support
- Strong understanding of Pronto and Salesforce(essential)
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
