Our client, Polestar Australia, is continuing to re-model the Australian automotive landscape. This revolutionary luxury automotive brand is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to complement their Customer Service team.
Focusing on delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and to internal/external service partners. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining a seamless, luxury experience at every customer touch-point.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting outbound calls to the customers as part of a confidential after-sales initiative
- Coordinating service bookings with customers and authorised service centres
- Accurately maintaining and updating booking details and customer records within internal systems
- Representing a premium electric vehicle brand with the highest level of professionalism and care
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Maintaining clear, proactive communication with customers and service partners to ensure a seamless experience
- Efficiently managing a high volume of calls and service bookings while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Confident phone manner with the ability to quickly build rapport
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive in managing follow-ups and completing tasks
- Proficient in using CRM systems and quick to learn new technologies
- Interest in automobiles, electric vehicles (EVs), or premium brands is highly regarded
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is preferred
