to find a dedicated Payroll Officer
to manage payroll operations and support a vibrant school community.

- Support the operations of Victoria’s largest senior secondary school, that offers diverse academic and vocational pathways
- Process accurate, timely payroll on a fortnightly basis
- Maintain employee records, leave entitlements, superannuation, and salary deductions
- Ensure payroll services comply with College policies, ATO requirements, and industrial agreements
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from staff and stakeholders
- Perform general administrative duties as directed by leadership
- Experience in payroll processing, ideally within an education setting (desirable)
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills
- High level of discretion and accuracy in handling sensitive data
To be successful, you must hold or be willing to obtain:
- A valid National Police Check (NPC)
- A Working with Children Check (Employee)
