• Solid experience (at least 3 years) and knowledge of HACCP, GMP, BRC/SQF, and ISO 22000 standards.
• Hands-on QC and laboratory experience within food manufacturing.
• Analytical problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in recipe/specification management and data-driven quality reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field; HACCP/Quality certifications highly desirable.
• A good understanding of the dynamics of a family-run business.
