About the Role:
In this field-based role, you will:
- Install, service, and repair high-end laboratory instruments (e.g., chromatography, spectroscopy, and diagnostic systems)
- Provide on-site technical support and training to customers
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure equipment operates to the highest standards
- Maintain detailed service records and follow compliance protocols
- Build strong relationships with clients in pharmaceutical, clinical, and research settings
- Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar technical role
- Background in pharmaceuticals, medical labs, or scientific environments
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Qualification in electronics, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline
