As an on-hired employee of Bayside Group, the following information may be useful:
If you are injured or have an accident at work, please report the incident to your supervisor and consultant immediately
Make sure you contact us if:
- You’re unable to attend a shift you have accepted
- Your name, contact details or banking details change (these changes must be notified in writing)
- Your duties change from the original assignment
- Your assignment is completed earlier than anticipated or is being extended
- Your host employer offers you a permanent position
Please adhere to the policies and procedures of your host employer and act responsibly and safely in the workplace.

Workplace Safety
We are committed to your continued wellbeing and aim to ensure you are safe from injury and risk while at work.
It is important that all employees accept responsibility for their wellbeing, and that of others in the workplace. See Workplace Safety Guide for more information.
If you are injured at work, please report the incident, no matter how minor, to your supervisor and consultant. You must report all incidents, injuries or hazards immediately.
Timesheets
Bayside Group uses jobBEAT Timesheets for the majority of their workforce, unless you have been instructed otherwise.
To ensure you are paid on time, your timesheet must be authorised by the deadline outlined in the payroll calendar as noted in your contract.
