Key Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, receipts, and payment follow-ups
- Allocating and reconciling payments accurately
- Maintaining accurate financial and customer records
- Responding to account-related enquiries in a timely manner
- Providing general administrative support
- Assisting with reporting and data entry as required
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Experience with the Synergetic system is highly regarded
- Confident using MS Office and accounting systems
