In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge automotive technology, featuring the latest developments in electric vehicles (EV)—both for current models and those soon to be launched. You’ll play a vital part in delivering high standards, ensuring every vehicle is prepared and maintained to perfection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving new vehicle deliveries
- Preparing new vehicles to a level that provides the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Complete vehicle servicing in line with internal standards
- Effectively diagnose and repair vehicles using a high level of technical ability and following all relevant process’ and policies
- Road test vehicles making sure the vehicle is returned to customer in the best operating condition possible
- Support the Aftersales Manager in delivering exceptional customer experience including
- Ability to work with internal departments with the goal to maximise customer satisfaction
- Carryout vehicle evaluations to identify any concerns and validate repairs
- Assist with Part operations as required
- Qualified Automotive Technician (Certificate III or equivalent)
- Experience in a dealership, OEM, or reputable service environment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience with electric vehicles (EVs) is highly regarded
- Current and valid Australian driver’s licence
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Must have the right to work in Australia (Australian citizen or Permanent Resident preferred)
