Ongoing growth and new commercial projects have created a need for an additional BMS Controls Engineer to support platform development and system integrations.

Role:

  • Design, program, and commission Tridium Niagara-based building automation systems.
  • Develop control logic and block-based code for complex HVAC and energy systems.
  • Produce clear, complete documentation – point schedules, schematics, control strategies.
  • Collaborate with IoT and software developers on integrated cloud solutions.
  • Support diagnostics, optimisation, and continuous improvement across deployed sites.
Duties:
  • Deliver complete BMS projects from concept to commissioning.
  • Integrate multi-protocol systems (BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, etc.).
  • Assist in migrating legacy systems to modern Niagara and cloud frameworks.
  • Maintain precise technical standards and open client communication.
You’ll have:
  • 5+ years’ hands-on Tridium Niagara AX/N4 experience (design, programming, commissioning).
  • Proficiency in block programming or similar control-logic environments.
  • Solid understanding of HVAC controls, BMS networking, and system integration.
  • Exceptional documentation quality and communication ability.
  • Experience collaborating with software or IoT development teams.
  • Engineering qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Systems) or equivalent experience.
