Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify and record data on the type, location and condition of relevant mechanical/electrical building systems, fixtures and building fabrics (cladding, walls, floor coverings, ceilings).
- Provide thorough and accurate data capture, ensuring data is upload as directed to minimise risk of data loss.
- Actively engage with the team to maintain accuracy and verify data capture quality.
- Maintain a consistently high level of attention to detail and professionalism throughout the projects.
- Access to a reliable vehicle, a valid Victorian driver's license, and willingness to travel to regional Victoria.
- A current Employee Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position, capturing data on a variety of assets in a range of environments.
- Proficient with the use and troubleshooting of smartphones, laptops, tablets and cameras.
- Professional demeanour and the capability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Stong understanding of building materials, defects, and mechanical/electrical building services.
