About the role.
As a Building Assessor, you will travel to a range of sites across Australia and New Zealand, collecting data using tablets, 3D imaging cameras or smartphones, on the condition various commercial facilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify and record data on the type, location and condition of relevant mechanical/electrical/fire/hydraulic building systems, fixtures and building fabrics (cladding, walls, floor coverings, ceilings).
- Provide thorough and accurate data capture, ensuring data is upload as directed to minimise risk of data loss.
- Capture clear images of defects, hazards, assets, and apply correct condition rating.
- Actively engage with the team to maintain accuracy and verify data capture quality.
Ideally you will have:
- Demonstrated experience with inspections/data capture projects across large commercial buildings or multisite projects.
- Access to a reliable vehicle, a valid Australian driver's license, and willingness to travel.
- Exceptional level of attention to detail and proven ability to capture high quality data on a range of assets in a commercial environment.
- Proficient with the use and basic troubleshooting of smartphones, laptops, tablets and cameras.
- Professional demeanor and the capability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
