About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will deliver civil design and drafting services across delegated projects, supporting timely, compliant submissions and strong project outcomes.
- Civil design and drafting across a range of projects
- Producing high-quality plans, documentation and design deliverables
- Detailed calculations and preparation of documentation for clients and authorities
- Working closely with Engineers, Project Managers, clients and other stakeholders
- Using 12D Model and AutoCAD to deliver quality design outcomes
- Supporting junior designers and contributing to a collaborative design team
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
- Civil design and drafting across a range of projects
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and 12d Model (plus MS Office)
- Sound knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and design practices
- Strong time management and ability to juggle competing priorities
- High attention to detail and confident stakeholder communication
- Townsville-based role with a stable, reputable business
