Enterprise Sales Manager

Location: Brisbane - Queensland

WorkType: Full Time

Salary: 170000190000

Enterprise Sales Manager - Capital Equipment (National Role)
$170K–$190K base + super | OTE $300K+ | High-value deals ($4M–$10M)

The global construction industry is running into a hard reality - high-quality sand, a critical ingredient in concrete, is becoming increasingly scarce. At the same time, environmental pressure is forcing producers to find more sustainable ways to operate.
This role sits right at the intersection of those two challenges.
We’re working with a growth-stage business that has developed and proven proprietary technology that transforms low-value quarry byproducts into premium concrete sand - delivering both sustainability outcomes and strong commercial returns for operators.
The technology is already in market, with operating plants across Australia and New Zealand. The next phase is growth.

The Opportunity
This is a senior enterprise sales role focused on originating and closing large-scale capital equipment opportunities across Australia.
  • Deal values: $4M–$10M+
  • Sales cycles: 12–24 months
  • Stakeholders: From site level through to executive and board
You will take full ownership of the sales lifecycle - building pipeline, shaping solutions, and closing complex, high-value deals.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Identify, develop and convert major capital plant opportunities
  • Manage long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes
  • Lead technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with engineering teams
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers across quarry and materials organisations
  • Support clients in developing business cases, ROI models and investment decisions
  • Represent the business across industry events and networks
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project handover

What You Bring
  • Proven experience in enterprise or capital equipment sales
  • Track record managing long-cycle (12+ months), high-value deals ($1M+)
  • Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen - comfortable with ROI and investment discussions
  • Background in quarrying, mining, aggregates, or heavy industry (highly regarded)
  • Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable managing a long-term pipeline

Why This Role
  • Proven technology - already operating, not a concept
  • Real market demand - solving a genuine industry problem
  • Untapped growth - significant runway across Australia
  • High earning potential - large deal values with uncapped commission
  • Direct access to leadership - agile, fast-moving environment
  • Autonomy and impact - own your market and outcomes

Package
  • $170K–$190K base + super (12%)
  • Uncapped commission (OTE $300K+)
  • Vehicle or vehicle allowance
  • Potential equity or performance incentives for the right candidate
