Working closely with the Events Manager, you will support the delivery of premium brand activations and customer experiences. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position ideal for someone with strong event coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of brand events and customer experiences
- Coordinate event logistics, suppliers, and third-party vendors
- Assist with event communications and stakeholder engagement
- Manage vehicle logistics and transportation for events
- Prepare event materials, signage, and presentation assets
- Provide on-site event support, including guest management, set-up and pack-down
- Assist with presentations and overall event delivery
- Ensure all events are executed in line with brand standards and expectations
You will demonstrate:
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Experience in event coordination or project management, including post-event analysis and reporting
- Exposure to working with creative and media agencies
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Flexibility to work weekends and after-hours as required
- A hands-on approach and willingness to support all aspects of event delivery
