Our client, a global leader in tertiary education is seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to provide high‑level support to the Faculty Executive Director and Deputy Dean. Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the Dean of Science, this role is central to the effective operation of the faculty’s senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be a trusted partner to senior leaders, responsible for:
- Providing high‑quality executive support in a fast‑paced environment
- Managing complex diaries, meetings, and competing priorities
- Coordinating correspondence, email triage, and stakeholder engagement
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting Faculty meetings, events, recruitment activities, and executive travel
- Maintaining confidential records and using digital platforms such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Workday
- Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working

You are a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant with:
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in a complex organisation
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time‑management skills
- Proven discretion, sound judgement, and professionalism
- Strong digital literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
