Our client, Polestar Australia, is continuing to re-model the Australian automotive landscape. This revolutionary luxury automotive brand is seeking a Fleet Admin Specialist

The Fleet Admin Specialist role will focus on and have responsibility for Provision of efficient fleet co-ordination services, support of corporate sales process, co-ordination of order processing, provision of exceptional customer service and accurate management of invoicing related compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage fleet accounts from quotation and vehicle order through to delivery, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with fleet customers, dealers and internal teams to provide updates on orders, payments, vehicle availability and delivery.
  • Monitor payments, pricing and invoicing, following up outstanding accounts and escalating issues when required.
  • Manage fleet enquiries and cases through the support inbox, ensuring requests are resolved within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers and internal stakeholders while providing a high level of customer service.
  • Use systems such as Salesforce and ServiceNow (SNOW) to manage cases, system requests, invoice amendments and customer records.
About You
  • Experience in automotive, fleet, dealership, customer service, account management or order administration.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.
  • Confident following up customers, dealers and payments and resolving issues proactively.
  • Good understanding of orders, invoicing, pricing and payment processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow or similar CRM systems is highly regarded.
