Duties include:
- Troubleshoot and support customers and internal teams with instrument-related issues
- Assist with fault finding, basic diagnostics and resolving technical queries
- Carry out calibration, testing and inspection of equipment
- Perform incoming goods checks and pre-dispatch quality control
- Identify and report faults or non-conformances
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Support internal operations including dispatch and general team tasks when required
- Communicate clearly with customers to provide practical solutions and guidance
- Hands-on experience working with instrumentation, laboratory equipment or similar technical products
- Experience in troubleshooting, fault finding or technical support
- Strong communication skills and ability to deal with customer queries
- High attention to detail, particularly in testing and quality control
- A practical, team-oriented mindset with willingness to contribute across different areas
- A background in science, electronics, instrumentation or a related field (desirable)
