Our client is seeking an experienced  Manager – Marketing & Partnerships  to lead the brand, communications and commercial partnership portfolio across one of Australia’s most prestigious club environments.
This is a high impact leadership role responsible for strengthening our brand presence, driving member and community engagement, and building a high-performing partnerships and sponsorship portfolio that supports long-term commercial growth.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is responsible for the marketing and partnerships function. Combining brand leadership, commercial development and strategic stakeholder engagement. This position is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of brand, growth and relationship driven commercial outcomes.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a core business portfolio, develop major partnerships, deliver high profile campaigns and directly influence the Club’s growth, engagement and reputation.

About the Role
As  Manager – Marketing & Partnerships,  you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and delivery of the Club's marketing, communications and partnerships functions, including:
  • Club-wide marketing strategy and campaign delivery
  • Brand and digital communications across web, social, app and resident and golf member platforms
  • Content planning, publishing and governance alignment
  • Development, activation and performance management of strategic partnerships and sponsorships
  • Commercial marketing support for events, corporate golf and functions
  • Performance reporting and insights to support informed business decision-making
You will lead the Club's brand voice, partnerships framework and marketing performance while ensuring strong commercial outcomes, consistent brand governance and outstanding member engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned to Club priorities
  • Manage digital platforms, content planning and member communications
  • Lead strategic partnership and sponsorship development, activation and review
  • Prepare commercial proposals, business cases and marketing performance dashboards
  • Support growth of events, corporate golf and community engagement initiatives
  • Analyse and report on marketing and partnerships performance to inform business planning
  • Ensure brand, privacy and governance standards are upheld across all marketing activities

About You
You are a confident, commercially minded marketing professional who brings:
  • Proven experience in marketing, communications or digital content management
  • Strong written communication and storytelling capability
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Solid understanding of branding, campaigns and content delivery
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and reporting skills
  • Experience in partnerships, sponsorships or commercial development roles
  • Exposure to membership-based, hospitality, sport or community environments
  • Experience operating within regulated or governance-focused organisations
