Our client is a growing industrial group of companies operating across heavy engineering, access systems for heavy machinery, and specialised torque tools. They are seeking a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to take ownership of marketing across three established brands within the group.
This is not consumer or lifestyle marketing. The products are industrial, technical, and built for real-world application. The successful candidate must be comfortable marketing industrial products and services, and understand how to position technical offerings clearly and credibly.
This role suits someone who can confidently move between hands-on delivery and strategic thinking — from producing brochures and proposal templates, through to shaping how multiple brands are marketed under one group banner.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive marketing strategy across three connected industrial brands, ensuring alignment at group level
- Manage and evolve multiple websites, including structure, content, and ongoing optimisation
- Plan and deliver social media content suitable for industrial and technical audiences
- Produce all marketing collateral including brochures, capability statements, proposal and quote templates, business cards, and branded documents
- Work closely with leadership to define market positioning and brand direction
- Bring consistency, structure, and professionalism to all marketing outputs
- Take ownership of the role and actively drive outcomes
- Proven, hands-on marketing experience with demonstrated results
- Experience marketing industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technical products or services
- Experience managing multiple brands and/or websites
- Able to build a strategy and execute it end-to-end
- Comfortable handling both detailed execution work and higher-level planning
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- No degree required — relevant experience and results matter most
