Our client is a global renewable energy leader, manufacturer of oil and lubricants for the automotive and industrial applications industries.
 
A rare opportunity has arisen for a PERSONAL ASSISTANT to join the team based at their Perth CBD office. You will be responsible for supporting the upstream business leaders and teams by providing proactive assistance and administrative support to leadership teams' activities, in order to enhance efficiency and deliver effective solutions, whilst ensuring discretion and confidentiality.

Successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, engage with global stakeholders and facilities team activities.
 
Daily Duties:
  • Support leaders by coordinating team meetings / events, supporting development of appropriate presentation and communication materials, and managing logistics
  • Assists with administration tasks including diary management, travel / logistical arrangements, and expense administration for assigned leaders / teams to support the effectiveness of the business
  • Support the preparation of correspondence and delivery of effective file management, ensuring appropriate updates and that delivery is made in a timely manner
  • Key member of upstream community supporting integration and engagement initiatives
  • Works to deliver seamless workplace services to upstream business in Australia
 
Essential Experience:
 
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Relevant professional experience as a Personal Assistant 
  • Solid Excel / Word capabilities
  • Experience in booking travel and diary management
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills 
  • An understanding of logistics
  • Certificate 3 or 4 Business Administration will be an advantage

Success in this role also requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
