- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and resolving issues proactively
- Support project scoping, tendering, and forward planning to secure future work and maintain operational continuity
- Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and operational standards, proactively identifying and mitigating risk
- Provide strategic input to senior leadership on project performance, resourcing, pipeline planning, and future opportunities
- Extensive experience in project coordination or management within industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of large-scale industrial projects, including shutdowns and complex installs
- Prior operational exposure to craneage, rigging, structural steel, or similar heavy industry works is highly regarded
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Project for complex scheduling and reporting
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to quickly earn the confidence of site teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Strategic thinker, capable of balancing day-to-day delivery with long-term planning and growth opportunities
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across clients, supervisors, and senior leadership
