Position Overview: As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of a range of inspection and data capture projects by overseeing contract delivery, financial aspects, risk management, and quality assurance. This role involves resource allocation, recruitment, onboarding, team management and maintaining compliance with occupational health and safety (OH&S) regulations. Effective communication with key internal and external stakeholders is critical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project delivery management including financial management, reporting, risk management, quality assurance and assessment schedule control.
  • Providing technical input at the inception of projects, including defining element lists, key deliverables and defining clear project scopes.
  • Resource allocation, including co-ordination of project team resources, while ensuring appropriate skills, qualifications, and experience are met.
  • Ensuring project OH&S management and compliance with company guidelines and legislative requirements.
  • Continuous improvement, development and implementation of procedures, systems and controls to ensure highest quality outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Asset Management, or Building Surveying advantageous.
  • Multiple years experience in project management with a successful project delivery track record.
  • Proven understanding of asset management principles.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage a team with a highly diverse skill set.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of commitment to quality outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel to regional Victoria and interstate a few days each month.
