About the Role
You are a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to transform early-stage concepts into clearly defined initiatives and business cases that result in successful project outcomes. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and senior stakeholders, you will provide strategic insights, governance, and delivery oversight across a broad portfolio of enterprise initiatives.
Your ability to build relationships, navigate complexity, and bring clarity to ambiguous challenges will be critical in aligning stakeholders and delivering strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Align initiatives with organisational objectives, regulatory requirements and long-term growth strategies.
- Develop project strategies, delivery plans, governance frameworks, budgets and governance frameworks to enable successful outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to build alignment, influence decisions, and deliver strategic priorities.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, performance, and delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams and business areas.
- Prepare executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations to support effective decision-making and continuous improvement.
You are an experienced Project Manager who combines strategic thinking with strong delivery capability and thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
You will bring:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale strategic or transformation programs.
- Strong project and program management expertise with excellent governance skills.
- Experience engaging with Executive Leadership Teams and Boards.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- PMBOK, PMI or AIPM certification highly regarded.
