About the Opportunity
As a Recruitment Consultant in Education, you’ll act as a strategic partner to educational organisations – delivering tailored workforce solutions across both permanent and temporary staffing, from proactive sourcing through to successful appointments.
To thrive in this role, you’ll demonstrate:
- A dedication to delivering customer-focused solutions by understanding client’s hiring goals
- A confident communicator with a polished, professional presence and the ability to build strong rapport in both face-to-face and phone interactions

Your core responsibilities:
- Build & Nurture Client Relationships: develop and maintain trusted partnerships with key decision makers that delivers long-term value and tailored recruitment solutions
- Engage Your Market: actively identify, attract and connect with top talent and education providers across this sector
- Deliver Outcomes: manage end to end recruitment processes, ensuring the successful placement of both temporary and permanent staff
- Contribute to Strategic Direction: collaborate with our team of specialists to shape and drive outcomes across our business
