The Role:
Reporting to the Technical Director, you will play a key role in supporting laboratory operations and contributing to the development and improvement of products used in industrial applications. You will be involved in:
- Conducting laboratory experiments and product testing
- Assisting with the development of new formulations and processes
- Quality testing of raw materials and finished products
- Preparing technical reports and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assisting with customer trials and technical enquiries
- Ensuring all work is conducted safely and in compliance with EH&S standards.
- A degree in Chemistry or related science
- Expertise in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing laboratory (1-2 years in a similar role is highly desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and high-level analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills together with stakeholder liaison capability
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to learn
