About the Role
- Support a Key Account Manager with day-to-day account administration
- Manage vehicle orders end to end, including build, code and contract steps
- Maintain order databases and provide regular status updates and reports
- Liaise with customers and dealers, following up queries quickly
- Assist with roadside assistance admin and support tenders when needed
- Minimum 3 years in sales support, account support or coordination
- Strong Excel skills and solid Word and PowerPoint capability
- High attention to detail with confident stakeholder communication
- Automotive, vehicle modification or tender experience is valued
- Current Victorian Driver Licence
- 0.8 FTE, 6-month contract with a hybrid setup
- Richmond location with a supportive team and structured induction
- Variety across orders, logistics, reporting and customer support
- Work with a well-known automotive fleet environment
