- Engage with professionals to understand their goals and match them with client needs.
- Drive growth by expanding existing client portfolios and proactively generating new business.
- Provide market insights and tailored solutions, delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.

- Proven sales or business development experience (B2B, technical, or professional services preferred).
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical professionals.
- Ambitious, results-driven and solutions-focused mindset.
- Proactive, curious, and motivated to grow professional while support others to succeed.
