We are partnering with our client, a global Tier 1 multidisciplinary engineering consultancy known for delivering complex infrastructure and built environment projects across Australia and internationally. Their Queensland team is continuing to grow, supported by a strong pipeline across Defence, airports, healthcare, utilities, civil infrastructure and land development.

About the Role
You will lead civil design delivery and support project outcomes across multiple sectors and clients.
- Deliver civil engineering design for infrastructure and land development projects
- Own technical outputs, quality and compliance to relevant standards
- Coordinate with other disciplines (structural, water, transport, environmental)
- Mentor and support junior and intermediate engineers
- Engage with clients as a trusted technical advisor
- Support scoping and fee proposals where required
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
- Senior-level consulting experience delivering civil design
- Strong design capability (Civil 3D and/or 12d ideal)
- Experience managing scope, budget and program on projects
- Confident communicator with a collaborative, team-first approach
- Diverse, long-term pipeline across multiple sectors
- Clear progression pathway toward Principal and leadership
- Hybrid working model (typically 3 days office, 2 days home)
- Work alongside strong technical peers in a multidisciplinary team
- Meaningful projects with real community and national impact
