Senior Environmental Engineer
- Lead the delivery of environmental engineering projects, from concept through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
- Provide technical expertise across environmental engineering, including waste and water reuse, site suitability assessments, environmental impact assessments, total water cycle assessments and environmental licensing.
- Develop concept designs, technical documentation and reports, undertake field inspections and provide solutions to complex environmental engineering challenges.
- Mentor and support junior and developing team members while building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of environmental and town planning assessments, studies and reports across a range of projects.
- Manage projects including budgets, client liaison, proposals, resourcing, invoicing and delivery against agreed timeframes and professional standards.
- Provide technical advice across statutory, strategic and environmental planning, while contributing to complex planning and environmental projects and reviewing the work of other team members.
- Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, contribute to business development and identify opportunities to grow new and existing client relationships.

Depending on the role, you will ideally bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated senior-level experience within environmental engineering, environmental planning, town planning, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience relevant to your area of specialisation.
- Excellent project management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, while providing leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to others.
