We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to support a diverse pipeline of construction delivery programs and provide expert scheduling insights across complex portfolios, with multi-stakeholders.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Head of Program Controls, the Senior Project Scheduler will lead the development and maintain project and program schedules, coordinate inputs from contractors and consultants, and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders. You’ll work closely with a team of Project Managers to manage interfaces, identify risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and manage project and master schedules (MS Project / Primavera P6).
- Review contractor/consultant schedule submissions.
- Provide critical path, risk, and earned value analysis.
- Produce dashboards, reports and resource-loaded schedules.
- Coordinate scheduling across multiple work packages for a team of Project Managers and key stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes.
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or similar.
- Proven experience on major construction infrastructure projects.
- Preference working for a client organisation.
- Advanced scheduling skills in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
- Experience with EVM, quantitative risk analysis and cost–schedule integration.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder influence.
- Ability to multi-task within a multi-disciplinary project environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/construction management or similar.
- Significant experience in a similar role with construction project delivery, scheduling, and project management.
- Demonstrated expertise with MS Project, Primavera, Monte Carlo simulation, and a high level of proficiency with MS Office programs.
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with executives and senior leaders in a highly professional corporate environment.
