Typical role responsibilities include:

• Structural design & 3D analysis (Spacegass & Inducta) of irregular and traditional structures
• Overall project management and risk mitigation
• Mentoring and training of junior engineers (incl. succession planning)
• Cultivate excellence in project deliverables
• Contribute to operational financial robustness across the business

• Recognised Degree or equivalent tertiary Engineering qualifications 
• CPEng status or aspiration to commence
• Current Australian building technology and design experience
• Fluency with Australian NCC and BCA Standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current professional network
