Opportunity
We are seeking Talent Recruitment Specialists with experience in sales, business development, or recruitment within engineering, technical, scientific, or customer experience sectors, who can engage with technical professionals and deliver tailored solutions to leading employers.
As a Talent Recruitment Specialist, you will operate in a true 360 role, partnering with professional services clients while building and nurturing your candidate network. Managing candidate sourcing, placement, and aftercare, guiding the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish.
This will be your pathway to becoming a trusted advisor to organisations and candidates, building enduring relationships and delivering tailored permanent and temporary workforce solutions. 
 
About You
Are you a confident communicator and facilitator with a natural ability to build genuine relationships and drive business growth? 
This role is ideal for candidates with a sales or business development background who excel at building networks, identifying opportunities, and influencing decision-makers.
 
What You will Do:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for professional services industry sectors
  • Build on our established client base through consultative business development and key account practices
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a range of conventional and emerging technology solutions
  • Actively develop and nurture your client portfolio and personal brand
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences to new and existing stakeholders

  • Experience in recruitment or a relevant and related professional setting
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, ability to engage authentically with technical professionals
