This is a hands-on role in a structured, process-driven environment where accuracy and system discipline are critical. It will suit someone from a manufacturing or production warehouse background who is comfortable working across teams and managing competing priorities.
This is not a high-volume distribution centre role.
Duties include:
- Pick and deliver raw materials across multiple internal departments
- Act as the central point for all material requests across the business
- Manage and prioritise competing requests daily
- Maintain accurate inventory and transactions using NetSuite
- Support batching and handling of raw materials
- Work closely with Production, Compliance and Research teams
- Follow SOPs and established warehouse processes
- Forklift licence (essential)
- Experience in a production or manufacturing warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and high level of system accuracy
- Experience using inventory systems (NetSuite advantageous)
- Ability to prioritise under pressure and manage competing demands
- Strong communication skills across multiple stakeholders
- Based in Kyneton – on-site 5 days per week (no remote flexibility)
- Preference for candidates located in or near Kyneton / Macedon Ranges
- Candidates commuting long distances from Melbourne have historically not been successful in this role
- This is not suited to high-volume pick/pack or distribution centre backgrounds
- Role requires constant prioritisation and working across multiple teams
