Our client is a global supplier of analytical instrumentation, with an established Australian operation based in Keysborough.
They are looking for a reliable Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the warehouse across receiving, stock control, order fulfilment, dispatch and freight coordination.
This is a hands-on, largely standalone role. You will need to be reliable, organised and comfortable managing your own workload without constant supervision. The position will commence as a six-month contract, with the option to remain on contract or discuss permanent employment after that period, subject to performance and what suits both sides.
The successful candidate must be available to start on Monday 27 July 2026.
Duties include:
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Reconciling deliveries against purchase orders
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Maintaining accurate inventory and stock records
- Completing stocktakes and cycle counts
- Booking couriers and coordinating deliveries
- Coordinating domestic and international freight
- Preparing shipping and export documentation
- Liaising with couriers, freight providers and internal teams
- Monitoring warehouse consumables and packing materials
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
- Identifying practical improvements across warehouse and dispatch processes
Ideally you will have:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, stores or logistics role
- Hands-on experience across receiving, stock control, picking, packing and dispatch
- Experience coordinating couriers and freight
- Confidence using ERP, WMS or inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your own priorities
- A reliable work history and practical approach
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle due to the location
- Availability to work onsite in Keysborough, Monday to Friday
- Availability to commence on Monday 27 July 2026
- Willingness to complete a police check and provide two recent professional references
You do not need to have managed a large warehouse or led a team. This role will suit someone with solid practical experience who wants stable work, enjoys being hands-on and is comfortable taking ownership of a small warehouse operation.
Applications will be reviewed immediately and interviews will take place at short notice.
If this sounds like you, please apply with your CV and a brief cover letter or email Michael Burne at mburne@baysidegroup.com.au for a confidential discussion.
