Joe’s recruitment career spans 35 years, after starting his career in drafting. He is responsible for our Bayside Group Automotive & Transport and Workplace Relations teams, as well as the 

Acclaimed Workforce team. 

Joe supports warehouse and logistics, manufacturing, wine and transport organisations, working with our clients to deliver holistic and customised workforce management and workplace relations solutions. 

Wayne Eaton | General Manager

With over 30 years in recruitment and prior technical expertise, Wayne leads the Bayside Group Engineering, Scientific, Technical, Administration and Education teams to deliver innovative and scalable talent acquisition and workforce solutions to meet organisational and project goals. 

Wayne continues to utilise his extensive networks to support the team in placing specialist and executive talent.
